On May 18th, Li Gaoping, vice dean of School of Computer Science and Technology of Southwest University for Nationalities and other 9 people visited School of Applied Mathematics of our university for investigation and communication. Zhou Yuqian, dean of the School of Applied Mathematics, Li Ming, secretary of the Party Committee, Du Xianyun, vice dean of the School of Applied Mathematics, directors of all teaching and research departments and other key teachers attended the meeting.

Zhou Yuqian extended a warm welcome to the leaders of the School of Computer Science and Technology of Southwest University for Nationalities. He introduced the history, present situation and future plans of the College of Applied Mathematics, and emphasized the discipline construction and personnel training of the College. Du Xianyun introduced in detail the teaching management of public courses in College of Applied Mathematics, focusing on the hierarchical and classified teaching mode of public courses and the detailed rules of process assessment management.
