Prof. Jian Zhang was invited to give an academic lecture at the "Advanced Advances in Dynamical Systems Conference and Training Course"

In the afternoon of May 13, Professor Zhang Jian of UESTP delivered an academic lecture on "Big Solitons and Muti-Solitons in Nonlinear Schrodinger Equations" at the "Advanced Advances in Dynamical Systems Conference and Training Course". Professor Zhang Jian first introduced and solved two related constrained variational problems and established the one-to-one correspondence between the double power nonlinear Schrodinger equation from a given mass to the soliton frequency. Then we give the uniqueness of the normalized ground state and prove that the orbital stability of the large soliton depends on the frequency. In addition, multiple solitons with different velocities are constructed by using stable large solitons.
